Alessi - Todo Grater
Designed by Richard Sapper, this Todo grater from Alessi is elongated compared to most graters, making it a wonderful object to have on the table or kitchen counter. But this oversized design is not simply for aesthetics. The larger size means a single stroke should grate enough cheese for one meal portion and the conical shape keeps the cheese inside for less mess.
