Alessi - Parmenide Grater
The Parmenide grater from Alessi combines both a cheese grater and cheese cellar into one.
The grater sits over the top of the cellar, so once you've grated your cheese remove the grater and serve straight from the bowl.
Designed by Alejandro Ruiz the Parmenide is part of the collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
